Terms of Use

By accessing jabmedmedia.com or related films, games, APIs, or content (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use with JabMed Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. JabMed Media is a division of that LLC, not a separate company. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The parent company informational site is governed by the JabMed Holdings Terms. Privacy practices for this Site are in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Game accounts and the Learn email list are for users 13 or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer games except as allowed by law, disrupt services, abuse APIs, or use the Site to break the law.

Films, games, and content

Films, games, music, articles, and other media are provided “as is.” Features, scores, leaderboards, and availability may change or end at any time. Games are entertainment. Unless we say otherwise in writing, there are no cash prizes, no gambling, and no guaranteed rewards. Virtual items (for example in-game currencies) have no real-world value, are not transferable, and may be reset or removed.

Embedded third-party video (for example YouTube) is also subject to that platform’s terms.

Historical and AI-assisted media

Some Watch content is AI-assisted historical dramatization based on the public record, not archival news footage of the original events. Production notes appear on companion pages. Do not treat dramatized scenes as literal documentary film, as a complete academic history, or as professional advice. Research, writing, direction, and editing are human-led; AI is a production tool.

Education content

Money and investing materials (including Learn and related social posts) are for educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past examples are not guarantees. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional when you need advice.

Accounts

Guest play is allowed. Optional crew accounts use one username across our games. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not impersonate others or take a username you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, cheating, harassment, or violation of these terms. Public leaderboards may show your username.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted cloud sync. Keep local copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; guest progress lives on one device unless you sign in.

User content

Usernames and similar account display you submit are your responsibility. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Site (for example, showing a name on a leaderboard). You must not post unlawful, infringing, or abusive material. We may remove content or names that violate these terms.

Payments and tips

Optional studio tips on Support are processed by Stripe. They are voluntary commercial payments to JabMed Holdings LLC, not charitable donations, and they do not buy equity, employment, or extra legal rights except as Stripe and these terms provide. Paid Shop products, when marked live, will be sold via Stripe; descriptions and prices on the Shop page control at checkout.

Except where Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise, tips are non-refundable. For a problem with a charge, contact media@jabmedholdings.com promptly. Monthly support can be canceled from the receipt Stripe emails you; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund past periods unless required by law.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, film materials, music, and game assets are owned by JabMed Holdings LLC or its licensors. All rights reserved unless we expressly grant them. You may not use our names, logos, or characters to suggest endorsement without written permission.

Copyright complaints: media@jabmedholdings.com. Include the work claimed, the URL, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief. We are not claiming registration as a designated DMCA agent unless and until that is separately filed.

Third-party services

The Site uses or links to third parties, including YouTube, Stripe, hosting providers, our game API, email/list infrastructure, and social networks. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outages.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JabMed Holdings LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or game progress, arising from your use of the Site, films, games, education content, or payments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amount you paid us for the specific product or tip giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Free films and games are provided at no charge.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such a limit is prohibited).

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JabMed Holdings LLC and its members and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Site, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence applies and cannot be waived.

Before filing a claim, email media@jabmedholdings.com and allow 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. If it is not resolved, you and we agree that exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where the law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may bring claims only in your individual capacity.

Severability; entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site, and they replace prior versions.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
